Is the 25% refundable?
If we can't make the eval suite pass in your environment, yes — the deposit is fully refundable. Acceptance is contractual: evals green or you don't pay.
When is the remaining 75% charged?
After the workshop, once the eval suite passes in your environment. We send you an invoice — you approve the charge. Nothing is automatic.
Can I switch tiers after paying the deposit?
Yes. The deposit applies to any tier — we credit what you've paid toward the upgrade. Pricing difference settled at final invoice.
