Purfect Labs designs and deploys AI infrastructure for enterprises. This policy covers what happens with your data when you interact with purfect.ai. We keep it short and accurate.
What we collect
Contact and intake forms
When you submit a form on purfect.ai, we collect what you provide: name, email, company, phone (optional), service interest, and message. This is used to respond to your inquiry and manage the service relationship.
No accounts, no tracking
We don't operate user accounts. We don't run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or behavioral profiling. Vercel (our host) may log standard request data — IP address, browser type, referrer — for security and performance purposes.

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered as a notification to our internal Slack workspace and to our team via Resend. We do not store form submissions in a database. Your data is not sold, licensed, or shared with any third party beyond those delivery services.
Third-party services
Payment data
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you submit payment, your card number and financial information is transmitted directly to Stripe using their secure infrastructure. Up Time Consulting LLC never receives, stores, or has access to your full card number or financial credentials. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by their Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Client engagements
All services we deliver are deployed onto your infrastructure. We never operate a persistent copy of your workloads, and we never have access to your operational data after handoff. Source code ownership transfers to you at delivery.
Data retention
Contact information is kept for as long as the service relationship is active. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@purfect.ai. EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA. We honour all of them.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top if anything material changes.
